An information technology and manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing, engaging, and assisting with screening both active and passive candidates
- Building and maintaining candidate pool pipelines for recurring open positions
- Scheduling interviews, creating candidate itineraries, and assisting with interviews
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 + years experience sourcing on a variety of platforms
- Experience sourcing full time positions across multiple disciplines
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven experience using and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System
- A “candidate first” mentality and strong relationship building skills
- Experience engaging and screening candidates
