An education company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Crafting and sending recruiting emails
- Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with HR databases and Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System a plus
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
