A financial company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Sourcer and Researcher.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating strategic pipelines for niche and challenging roles
• Advising, guiding, and influencing the hiring process
• Helping build and improve foundational sourcing systems

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of sourcing/talent research experience, in-house or agency
• Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple platforms
• A track record of successfully identifying exceptional candidates at all levels
• Experienced researcher with the ability to influence using data
• Ability to adapt to an environment with changing business priorities
• Experience working with a variety of sourcing/recruiting tools
