A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Sourcer in Hoboken.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and engage passive talent
- Build a high quality pipeline of candidates
- Assist with evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others
- 2+ years experience in sourcing position or full-cycle recruiting role
- Experience working with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Bachelor's degree
