Job Summary
An automotive company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Partnering with and actively building collaborative relationships
- Using data insight to create sourcing strategies for niche skills, diversity and critical skills
- Reporting on metrics of sourcing activities for assigned skillset area
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of technical and/or diversity sourcing experience
- Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience
- Experience with common sourcing tools
- Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization
- Experience using a CRM to pipeline talent
- Ability to establish relationships and build networks to accomplish goals
