A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
• Sending recruiting emails and follow up with candidates

Required Skills:

• 1+ years’ of experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar Talent Acquisition role
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other Human Resources Management software
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
