Job Summary

A leading food and beverage company is in need of a Remote Talent Strategy Principal.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the approach and crafting of functional or BU specific medium-long term talent strategies
  • Lead high priority future-focused strategy-based initiatives,
  • Lead the planning, preparation, facilitation, and follow-through of talent discussions across business units

Position Requirements Include:

  • Knowledge of the interconnectedness of talent levers
  • Deep understanding of organization and talent data, benchmarks, and statistics
  • Working knowledge of leadership models and development levers
  • Confidence and artfulness to challenge leaders’ views or explore assertions about talent
