Job Summary
A cloud-based solutions company is in need of a Remote Tax and Compliance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Determining sales taxability of new product offerings and services
- Resolving sales tax deficiencies with various US and Canada jurisdictions
- Monitoring nexus requirements to ensure the company is filing in the appropriate jurisdictions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have a 4-year degree in Accounting
- Have intermediate MS Office skills
- 5 or more years of experience in corporate income and indirect tax
- Have a deep understanding of general accounting and financial concepts and processes
- Communicate well with team members and customers
- Have effective project management skills
