Job Summary

A planning and consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Tax Associate.

Must be able to:

• Review of individual income tax returns and business income tax returns
• Help clients clean up bookkeeping records to complete business tax returns
• Communicate with clients to gather tax organizers and any missing information to complete tax prep

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience preparing taxes at a CPA firm
• 3-years of experience preparing individual (1040) federal and state tax returns
• 3-years experience preparing business (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041) tax returns
• Strong Excel skills with pivot table experience
• Strong analytical, organizational and written and verbal communications skills
