A defense company is seeking a Remote Tax Compensation Analyst in Littleton.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to update the classification system for jobs
- Align job roles with market data
- Leverage internal and external data to align roles with digital workforce requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10-20% travel
- Experience or course work in modeling compensation and/or benefit programs
- Solid understanding of compensation and rewards models
- Demonstrated successful project management skills
- Understands impact of workforce decisions on program pricing and performance
