Job Summary

A privately-held tax preparation firm is in need of a Remote Tax Department Lead in Miami Beach.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing tax compliance processes
• Managing team of US home-based tax processors and CPA's
• Overseeing flow of tax returns in our assembly line process

Qualifications for this position include:

• 6 years prior experience in tax preparation
• Knowledge of individual, business, non-profit and estate/trust returns
• Worked in capacities where excellent client relationships were formed
• Significant supervisory experience (2 )
• Strong computer skills: proficiency in Tax software, Excel, Word
