Job Summary

A learning services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tax Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being a hands-on team leader for all tax matters
• Ensuring compliance with US and international tax laws and regulations
• Performing tax research and planning

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, and other related field
• 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/or industry
• Knowledge of corporate taxation including mergers and acquisitions, international tax, and state and local tax
• Strong software skills such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong project and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• CPA license is a strongly preferred
