Job Summary
A customer service outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Tax Industry Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring agent work states to ensure optimized results
- Maintaining Program ACLs
- Participating in a rotation of moderation/agent chat responsibilities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to study and understand program requirements and manage tasks simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong process management abilities
- Ability to use a keyboard and sit at a computer for a large portion of the work period
