Job Summary

A tax preparation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tax Preparation Customer Service Representative in Miami.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring tax returns are done on time and accurately
  • Preparing and reviewing complex income tax returns of all types
  • Building relationships and interacting with tax clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Prior experience in tax preparation with knowledge of individual, business, non-profit and estate/trust returns
  • Worked in capacities where excellent client relationships were formed
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency in Tax software, Excel, Word
