Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Tax Software Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Effectively communicating based on a customer’s mindset
  • Assisting customers and putting their needs first

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a high-volume customer service role
  • Satisfactory level of technical skill or knowledge
  • Familiarity with operating systems
  • Ability to install/uninstall applications
  • Ability to download products/applications using various browsers
