Job Summary

A planning and consulting firm is in need of a Remote Tax Supervisor.

Must be able to:

Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and work papers
Lead tax compliance engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards
Work directly with management and clients to build and maintain relationships

Skills and Requirements Include:

BS/BA in Accounting
Plans to sit for CPA
2 years of experience within a public accounting firm
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a tax setting
Must be able to effectively supervise, train and work with a team of 3-4 tax preparers
3 years of experience preparing/reviewing individual (1040), business (1065, 1120, 1120S) nonprofit (990) and trust returns (1041)
