Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Tech Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Investigating and resolving technical support issues
- Improving the platform by being the voice of the customer
- Fielding requests from clients and partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year minimum experience in tech support or similar role heavily involved in technical troubleshooting
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and communication skills and strong written communication skills
- Proven world class customer service capabilities including the ability to deal calmly, positively, and professionally in tense or elevated situations and with upset or frustrated users
- Experience using common help desk tools such as Zendesk, or other platforms
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of technical problems
- Ability to learn Git process and effectively use Github
