Job Summary

A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Account Management Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a team of Technical Account Managers and/or Leaders
  • Participating in the development, enforcement, and compliance of a service level agreement
  • Managing Technical Account Management resources for optimal performance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5 years of technical account support experience; or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of experience in a staff leadership position
  • Good working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and its components
  • Experience with system networking, TCP/IP and DNS
  • Familiarity with Technology Customer Support reporting, KPIs and SLAs
  • Advanced customer relations skills
