Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Account Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a team of Technical Account Managers and/or Leaders
- Participating in the development, enforcement, and compliance of a service level agreement
- Managing Technical Account Management resources for optimal performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years of technical account support experience; or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience in a staff leadership position
- Good working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and its components
- Experience with system networking, TCP/IP and DNS
- Familiarity with Technology Customer Support reporting, KPIs and SLAs
- Advanced customer relations skills
