Job Summary

A cloud-based solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as primary customer technical contact
  • Develop and foster strong customer relationships
  • Meet specific customer satisfaction goals

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 25% - 50%
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS or related field required
