Job Summary

An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Guiding customers through their technology transformation
  • Interfacing with business, technical and operations resources
  • Driving customer roadmap and implementation plan

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • 5+ years in professional services/consulting or support role
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Strong Consulting background and comfortable supporting customers both remote and onsite
  • Ability to work across multiple accounts and switch context quickly
  • Ability to advise customers and drive design and implementation plan with customers
