  • Up to 30% travel to US clients
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and/or partners
  • 4+ years of IT Service Management experience
  • 4+ years implementation or technical consultant experience
  • 4+ years of project management experience
