Job Summary

A technology services company is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing monthly service review, quarterly business review, expectation management
  • Delivering insight on customer's IT operational needs
  • Working on account management, account growth and customer retention

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in building solutions, and ability to tailor proposal or presentation for given scenario
  • Strong customer engagement background and expertise
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience in account management, sales, or pre-sales related role
  • Deep understanding of current IT sourcing models
  • Demonstrated experience in providing unique insights to CIOs and IT management
