Job Summary
A technology services company is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing monthly service review, quarterly business review, expectation management
- Delivering insight on customer's IT operational needs
- Working on account management, account growth and customer retention
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in building solutions, and ability to tailor proposal or presentation for given scenario
- Strong customer engagement background and expertise
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience in account management, sales, or pre-sales related role
- Deep understanding of current IT sourcing models
- Demonstrated experience in providing unique insights to CIOs and IT management
