Job Summary

A digital technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing enablement and troubleshooting on a wide variety of technical and strategic topics
  • Collaborating with other team members on technical and customer service challenges
  • Efficiently juggling multiple requests from multiple customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel customer’s location for onsite visits (usually 1-3 days per month)
  • Deep experience with Drupal site and application architecture
  • Solid understanding of LAMP internals and resource management
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize a large number of competing requests
  • Aptitude for building, configuring, and troubleshooting a variety of Drupal site recipes
  • Proven record of providing customer relationship management with excellent customer satisfaction
