Job Summary

A telecommunications software developer has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on architecture and video/audio collaboration space
  • Drive complex technical escalations towards timely resolution
  • Provide technical consultations for architecture integration and service optimization

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of IP Telephony, SIP or H323, and Audio/Video codecs
  • Experience in troubleshooting network problems, firewalls, NAT etc
  • Proficiency with Video conferencing or Unified communication solutions
  • Knowledge of Cisco/Tandberg, Polycom, Lifesize, Microsoft Lync/Office365
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills & problem solving skills
  • Ability to provide quick resolution to problems
