Job Summary
A telecommunications software developer has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on architecture and video/audio collaboration space
- Drive complex technical escalations towards timely resolution
- Provide technical consultations for architecture integration and service optimization
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Solid understanding of IP Telephony, SIP or H323, and Audio/Video codecs
- Experience in troubleshooting network problems, firewalls, NAT etc
- Proficiency with Video conferencing or Unified communication solutions
- Knowledge of Cisco/Tandberg, Polycom, Lifesize, Microsoft Lync/Office365
- Excellent communication, analytical skills & problem solving skills
- Ability to provide quick resolution to problems
