A payment technology services company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering solutions by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through resolution steps
  • Educating clients and explain features and functionality of hardware products and software applications
  • Providing first and second tier telephone, email, and remote support to customers

Required Skills:

  • Ability to report and manage any client impacting product escalations
  • Great communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow up with internal departments regarding product issues
