Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building customer relationships and ensuring that a customer has all the resources they need to be successful on the company's platform
  • Supporting our customers every step of the way as they brainstorm, create, and implement their fundraising experiences
  • Corresponding with key accounts, large nonprofits, and corporate customers with active campaigns

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Expertise at connecting with customers and helping them achieve their goals
  • Technical experience with a system like a CRM, ERP, Accounting Tool or SaaS platform
  • Demonstrated strong and friendly communicator with exceptional follow up abilities
  • Ability to recognize a customer’s needs and provide actionable, out of the box solutions
  • Ability to to reengage inactive customers and find creative ways to encourage them to start using the platform again
  • Demonstrated incredibly technical mindset with ability to learn and articulate a comprehensive platform
