Job Summary

A unified talent experience platform has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customers’ requirements and issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Own and drive to resolution, escalated issues from the customer

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors or Masters degrees
  • 5-7 years experience in a customer facing technical role
  • Experience with supporting SAAS platforms
