Job Summary

A global technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting end users
  • Developing and maintaining reports
  • Maintaining up to date site procedures guide pertaining to applications supported

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
  • Technical degree (computer science, information systems, engineering) or equivalent experience
  • Basic SQL and or experience with Equitrac and RightFax
