Job Summary

An accounting company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting Senior Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions
• Reconcile account balances and bank statements maintaining general ledger
• Help to direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

Required Skills:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting and finance functions and processes
• In Depth understanding of GAAP
• Proven ability to drive and lead corporate accounting processes
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact in a highly professional manner at all levels
• Strong desire and proven ability to drive and lead corporate accounting processes
