Job Summary

A utility services company has an open position for a Remote Technical Consultant in Boulder.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Actively participate in client engagements as a member of a project team, with a focus on research, analysis, and problem-solving
• Contribute domain expertise across all practice areas - strategy, planning, and implementation depending on business needs and skill sets
• Conduct business case financial modeling for a variety of technology deployment scenarios

Qualifications Include:

• Two to five years of consulting experience or as an industry specialist with strong consulting skills
• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Demonstrated utility sector or skill area expertise preferred
• Demonstrated exceptional presentation, writing, and document preparation skills Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop knowledge and understanding related to electric, water, and gas utilities, paying specific attention to advanced metering infrastructure and smart utility technologies
• Ability to research and analyze primary and secondary information and support the effort to translate that information into strategic conclusions for our clients
