Job Summary
A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Customer Service Engineer III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing installation, maintenance and repair of own company and third party products
- Providing support related to the operation and maintenance of the assigned client's equipment
- Performing routine services to ensure equipment availability to client site users
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum Possesses reliable, dependable transportation (if required by role)
- Preferred Previous field technician or electrical/mechanical repair experience
- Minimum Successful completion of EL CSE test battery including Ishihara Color Vision test
- Minimum PC skills in MS Office applications, Internet navigation
