A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Technical Customer Service Representative in Portland.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming phone calls from partners
- Assisting with software product and support
- Investigating and resolving incidents

- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent listening skills and tactful questioning
- Ability to work effectively with diverse group of individuals
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to escalate advanced technical issues as needed
