Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Remote Technical Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning the overall health and success of our customers, which includes onboarding, adoption, ensuring value realization, and retention
  • Together with key stakeholders, establishing business and technical goals, and work with our customers to achieve these goals
  • Becoming a trusted and strategic advisor with each assigned customer, driving best practices and innovation

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated strong technical knowledge in software
  • BA/BS degree in CS or Computer Engineering-related field
  • 5+ years of professional work experience and 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or equivalent role
  • Industry experience and technical understanding related to the data analytics industry, and/or hands-on experience using analytics technologies
  • Good understanding and experience supporting cloud technologies
  • Familiarity working with enterprise customers, as well as SMB
