Job Summary

A software platform has a current position open for a Remote Technical Customer Success Solutions Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Fielding customers’ and partners’ omnichannel support requests
  • Troubleshooting product issues and answering technical questions
  • Monitoring product performance and triaging reported problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ year(s) of SaaS technical product support experience
  • Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • Desktop and mobile operating systems experience
  • Have the latest two versions of all major web browsers
  • Experience with common SaaS-related technologies
  • Experience reading and interpreting log files, regardless of source application
