Job Summary

A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Manager in the Portland Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Hiring, coaching and providing training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
  • Developing objectives for the team's day-to-day activities
  • Collecting and analyzing support-center statistics (customer service metrics etc.)

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Proven experience as support manager or similar position
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
