Job Summary

A consumer products company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Representative in Menlo Park.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries often related to wifi connectivity, IOT devices, and hardware functionality
  • Learning the ins and outs of the entire suite of Hatch products and stay up to date on product changes and active bugs
  • Working collaboratively with your peers, product, and engineering teams to resolve problems and identify bugs and hardware malfunctions.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 - 2 years experience providing technical customer support
  • Experience in high growth technology company
  • Experience troubleshooting WiFI networks and IOT devices
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter who is focused and productive in a remote work set up
  • Great communicator who knows how to translate complex technical information into a simple language and can make technical troubleshooting a breeze for customers
