Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to and resolve customer questions
  • Assist in on-boarding and educating customers
  • Provide guidance to customers with insurance claims

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 years of software support, insurance billing and customer relations experience
  • Experience responding to customers via telephone, live chat, and/or social media
  • Prior experience with software support and training
  • Previous experience with insurance claims and billing
  • Ability to answer and speak on the telephone for long periods of time
