A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Respond to and resolve customer questions
- Assist in on-boarding and educating customers
- Provide guidance to customers with insurance claims
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of software support, insurance billing and customer relations experience
- Experience responding to customers via telephone, live chat, and/or social media
- Prior experience with software support and training
- Previous experience with insurance claims and billing
- Ability to answer and speak on the telephone for long periods of time
