Job Summary

A business services company has an open position for a Remote Technical Editor in Bellevue.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Editing online documentation for various enterprise-focused audiences
  • Reviewing content for readability, grammar, usage, spelling, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
  • Performing various levels of editing, from copy editing to substantive editing to developmental editing

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 3 years of technical editing experience or completion of coursework in technical communications
  • Experience with the Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications
  • Superior technical editing skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software
  • Strong analytical and researching skills
