Job Summary
A network and remote access company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading kickoff meetings and regular engagements with customer stakeholders
- Consulting on scope and architecture of customer use cases with pre- and post-sales teams
- Providing guidance and oversight to project teams to facilitate positive customer experience in project cycle
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar customer-facing role within healthcare or technology sector
- 2+ years experience working with common Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and systems
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and workflows
- Understanding of web networking principles
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
