Job Summary

A network and remote access company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading kickoff meetings and regular engagements with customer stakeholders
  • Consulting on scope and architecture of customer use cases with pre- and post-sales teams
  • Providing guidance and oversight to project teams to facilitate positive customer experience in project cycle

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar customer-facing role within healthcare or technology sector
  • 2+ years experience working with common Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and systems
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and workflows
  • Understanding of web networking principles
  • Experience with AWS cloud services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
