Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Full Desk Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Generate new business relationships by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
- Develop a portfolio of accounts with recurring, high-volume recruitment needs
- Source and screen candidates based on the employer's specifications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of current/prior experience in recruiting & business development
- Experience doing cold calls to both clients and candidates
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking/Sales Systems
- Experience creating basic Excel spreadsheets and Word docs
- Expert experience using sourcing tools, such as Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
- Must have excellent written and presentation skills
