Job Summary

A real estate technology company. has an open position for a Remote Technical Implementation Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical services and solutions for enterprise customers
  • Creating comprehensive status reports and communication plans
  • Project managing a program of multiple onboarding and implementation projects

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years experience providing technical support or services for SaaS-based software solution
  • Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting using browser diagnostic and development tools
  • 3+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, or another customer-facing role
  • Deep understanding of SaaS applications
  • In-depth experience delivering enterprise software application implementations
  • Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
