Job Summary
A healthcare insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Licensed Medical Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform medical reviews
- Interact with the provider communities for assigned areas
Qualifications for this position include:
- Physician (M.D. or D.O) with a current and unrestricted physician license in a state or territory of the United States
- Must be licensed in one of our state plans (IL, NM, MT, OK, TX)
- Maintain Board Certification by a specialty board approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties, National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, or the Advisory Board of Osteopathic Specialists
- 5 years of clinical experience
- Proficiency in computer skills
