Job Summary

A technology consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Managed Services Client Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being the point of contact for client escalation
  • Managing, coordinating and regularly communicating with assigned accounts
  • Developing consistent long-term partnerships with customers

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, MIS, Business or similar degree
  • 6 + total years of progressively responsible roles relating to technical services
  • 2+ years as a client-facing manager in the managed services industry
  • Experience operating in the Microsoft ecosystem and/or with the Azure platform
  • Experience with cloud platforms and technologies and experience working with on-prem infrastructure
  • Experience in IT Service Management, Operations, or processes improvement and definition
