Job Summary

A provider of cloud technology services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Onboarding Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Educate customers on current technologies, Mission services, and industry best practices
• Understand AWS Cloud Technologies and how they are delivered through Mission
• Perform duties assigned

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of technical Customer Support, Implementation, or Onboarding experience
• 1+ years experience in project management
• 1+ years of public cloud-related work experience, preferably with AWS
• Experience communicating regularly with customers over phone or video conference and email
• Experience working with contracts and understanding service level agreements
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (required after 1 year of employment at Mission)
