Job Summary

A digital engagement provider is filling a position for a Remote Technical Operations Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Plan, coordinate, communicate and control activities for changes made in production, development, and test environments
• Lead cross-functional team of support and delivery team members through software development lifecycle
• Develop and manage project plans including scheduling, contingency plans, risk and issues management

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent relevant experience
• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• 5-8 years of experience managing development of software applications in Cloud environment
• Must be detail oriented with a strong grasp of delivery methodology
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore team members
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
