Job Summary

A cloud-based solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Payments Integrations Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing customer facing guidance and consultation on payment gateway and configurations during implementation of company products
• Advising on payment terminal hardware and configuring company systems to meet the customer desired outcomes
• Troubleshooting client setups, acting as the first escalation point to support, liaising with payment gateway vendors, consulting with clients

• Demonstrated aptitude for constantly learning new technologies
• Ability to play a vital role owning communication and collaboration between teams and the Product Engineering and Strategy teams
• Ability to guide clients through testing their setup to ensure proper configuration
