Job Summary

An automobile e-commerce company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Product Design Director in New York City.

Must be able to:

• Uncover and prioritize opportunities across the customer journey
• Lead design innovation activities to define H1 and H2 roadmap
• Cultivate a data-inspired design approach

Position Requirements Include:

• 8-10 years in the Design profession focused on Strategy, Innovation, and Design systems
• Experience managing designers, researchers
• Strong understanding of how CX, Marketing, Product, Sales, Ecommerce can work together
• Understand and champion qualitative research
• Fluent in Design Thinking or similar methodology for breaking down big problems
• Experience with Journey mapping or Service Design blueprinting
