Job Summary
A developer of payment processing products is in need of a Remote Technical Product Design Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive process and tool optimization across the product lifecycle
- Manage through shifting priorities
- Work with partners and teams across various geographies
Position Requirements Include:
- 8-10 years of experience in UX Design
- Skilled in mentoring and growing teams of 4+ people
- 4 years of experience managing or leading design teams
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, or work equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in creating a collaborative culture of design, engineering and product
