Job Summary
A financial technology development company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Product Specialist in Draper.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as a customer liaison and point of contact throughout the ticket lifecycle
- Respond to customer-initiated service and incident tickets for reported problems and queries, using Jira
- Bridge the gap between departments, such as Product squads and Product Support squads
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Computer proficiency and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Jira or other ticket management software
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments and technical teams
- Someone unafraid of asking difficult questions and collect data for engineering teams
- Someone who thinks customer first and can empathize through technical challenges with customers
