Job Summary

A geospatial technology developer is in need of a Remote Technical Product Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Inform and include sales team members when necessary
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication both internally and externally
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell and provide lead to the sales team

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer support representative or similar
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology business highly regarded
  • Finely tuned communication and ‘call’ handling skills
